Boehner, GOP urge Ohio to fight new health-care law

Published: Wed, March 24, 2010 @ 10:48 a.m.

WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. House Minority Leader John Boehner and other Republicans in Ohio’s congressional delegation are urging that Ohio join a lawsuit against the new federal health care law.

In a letter dated Tuesday, the lawmakers tell Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray he should join his counterparts from 13 other states in challenging the constitutionality of the massive health-care overhaul.

Boehner says in a statement that the law will mean higher costs, lost jobs and fewer freedoms. He says Cordray should oppose the measure on behalf of Ohio middle-class families and small businesses.

Cordray has portrayed lawsuits seeking to overturn the law as groundless and wasteful, however.

Not a chance boy Boner,..

Let there be no question I applaud, support and stand with Richard Cordray as my choice of representation as state Attorney General.

See this is the same John Boner criminal lobbyist of big tobacco acclaim,..

Honest John?,.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAC2xe...

See he stooped so low as to literally force tears in a rendition of crying while lying the nation. Right into a forging his cohort alliance with allowing his Dick Cheney's Halliburton.

To kill troops, murder and torture innocent American and Iraqi citizens. Just to get at forcing a deficit by design goal to fleece the nation of tax dollars.

Oh that bawling fraud,.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ir1UAB...

Whom now continues and remains nothing less than a baying wolf that's deplorably of the most dishonorable, incompetent criminals and self serving sandbags to ever lodge on capital hill.

Now ole Boner cites pleading for challenging the constitutionality of the long overdue health care reform.

When factual irony is it's unquestionable that ole John Bonehead Boehner doesn't even know the Constitution as any article of reference,.. ever or at all.

See here's what Boner knows about that U.S. Constitution,.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yQ1uu1...

He's lied enough to where now his taxpayer funded seat is going to be up for grabs at the next electoral process.

Here's his Health care Lie,.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnM1wf...

Here's the factual proof in contrast,.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nunTTy...

So let there be no question that Attorney General Cordray is justifiably right for ignoring the old babbling bay wolf Boner.

See if Ole Boner could back off the booze, theatrical Kleenex, the mop and glow, lookie at me spray tans and sun lamps. In a manner of playing leaky faucet while basting and literally cooking himself to such an outlandish orange- ish hue.

Then he'd just be a lying thief and not such an ET type stage prop that lies even when his lips aren't moving.

Nunya.....Thanks for posting the videos. The last comment by the last guy on the last video does a great job of speaking of how the teabaggers come up with their talking points.

Anyone notice that a leftist has to resort and stoop to near profanity to make their point.

Nice job loser.

The constitution says that I have the right to LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If I don't have access to healthcare what does that do to my right to life? or my pursuit of happiness?

But, the Consitution doesn't say it's a right. Does it?
