YOUNGSTOWN — City police are investigating the reported rape of a 27-year-old North Side woman.
The woman told police she accepted a ride from an acquaintance she knows only by a first name at 1:42 a.m. today on Belmont Avenue. The man stopped somewhere along Parker Street on the East Side, pulled a knife and forced the woman to have sexual intercourse.
The woman told police the man dropped her off at a nearby intersection and made her walk, threatening to shoot her if she looked back in his direction. A resident on Woodside Avenue eventually offered the woman help and called 911.

Should never trust people you dont know but she is lucky to still be alive.
27 year old walking the streets at almost 2am. Something isn't right here. Maybe he did'nt pay?
@Lifes2Short What if she was getting off work late at a respectable job and didn't have enough money for a taxi ride home? But I do agree with this dont sound right though.
