SAN DIEGO (AP) — A Mexican man who died after being shocked by a stun gun during a fight with U.S. Border Patrol agents will be buried in San Diego.
Anastasio Hernandez will be buried Wednesday after a funeral service.
The 42-year-old father of five U.S.-born children came to the U.S. when he was 14.
San Diego police say Hernandez attacked agents May 28 as they were escorting him to a border gate to return him to Mexico.
Hernandez is the second person killed recently by Border Patrol agents.
An agent fatally shot a 15-year-old Mexican boy near El Paso, Texas, on Tuesday.
Mexico has condemned the use of force against both men.

How bad things have to be for these people to risk death to be free of THEIR country!
He attacked the border agents and Mexico condemned the use of force? What should the agents have done?
The time has come to ANNEX MEXICO ! Los Estados Unidos could use another state and it's resources .
Every Border Patrol agent is stunned with a tazer before the are put into the field. These ILLEGALS should not have resisted and this would not have happened. You people that support these people coming in move to the southwest and give them your compassion. Word on the streets of Phoenix is if you think American street gangs are bad the Mexican gangs that are in this country make them look like the cub scouts. So what are we as a country to do?
put the military on the border until you have enough border patrol agents trained. make sure they ammo for their weapons. it would be just like the messiah to send men to patrol without ammo. Then build the fence, since these people can not abide by our laws.
The Great Wall of America please! Kept China's border safe for hundreds of years. Let's give it a whirl.
