Sections of Mahoning Ave. to close Monday

Youngstown

On Monday two sections of Mahoning Avenue will be closed for pavement replacement, the Ohio Department of Transportation said.

The Mahoning Avenue entrance ramp to Interstate 680 southbound and the intersection with McKinley Avenue will be closed for 14 days.

The work is part of a $700,000 project to resurface Mahoning from Meridian Road to Interstate 680. The entire project should be completed in September.
