The mother of an 11-month-old child was charged with child endangering Friday after police said she left her 11-month-old child alone in the car while she went into Hooligan Ink Tattoo, 2712 Market St., to have a face piercing.
A police report was not available Friday night with the name of the woman or other details. The woman was with a second person, police said.

The next time a Vindy reporter does a human interest story so we can feel sorry for someone who can't pay their bills or feed their children, please ask them where they got the money to get their tattoos and piercings along with their arsenal of fireworks.
Indefensible,..
She needs a child in her care about as much as the pope in support of pedophilia needs to be in charge of daycare.
In regards to touch up cosmetics, she needs a tattoo alright,..
It's just the ones I see she deserves would be eyeliner that isn't mascara. Complete with matching imprints that couldn't be mistaken for cheek blush.
Why couldn't the other person she was with could of watched her baby while she got her piercing in the waiting area? smh
