It's chilly on the widswept shores of Lake Erie . This cold fellow was trying to get warmed up subculture style . Torching a building . Let's hope that Pennsylvania releases him soon so this pillar of the subculture can return home to Cleveland where he will be understood .
He should've put his cigarette out in the toilet instead of the trash can or maybe he was on a mission for the new Cleveland casino to take out the competition.
I guess the warm air hand dryers weren't working again.
