The feasibility study to build, equip and stock a grocery at that location needs to be made public. If warranted by the data, private entreprenuers should be encouraged to invest. Utilizing government funds, or subsidizing contruction or operations of a grocery at that site, is just plain wrong. No doubt residents of that area need access to lower grocery prices. There are other solutions to that problem IMHO that would be less costly and have a better chance of succeeding.
