YOUNGSTOWN — In unanimous votes, the Mahoning County Board of Elections has certified for the Nov. 2 general election ballot a lengthy list of questions and issues and local liquor options, but it ruled one local liquor option off that ballot.
Today’s vote to disqualify the liquor option for the Buckeye Diner, at 1235 Boardman-Canfield Road, from the ballot came after Thomas P. McCabe, elections director, told the board that liquor question fell 12 signatures short of the required 132 valid petition signatures in Boardman’s Precinct 35.

Just like this broken BOE booted Traficant off the ballot because he was allegedly 107 signatures short; then they say he is 31 signatures short; and now they know that he is clearly over the fabricated threshold of valid signatures, but still he is not on the ballot. Why is the power elite so afraid of Traficant and the truth? A rhetorical question.
What does Traficant have to do with the Buckeye Diner?
Been to the Buckeye Diner one time. Took about 20 minutes to get a overpriced breakfast with only two other people in the place when we arrived. The big fat guy that appears to run it invited us back for lunch. Will not happen. Learn how to run a restaurant before applying for a liquor license!
