Police charge Austintown man with public indecency

AUSTINTOWN — A Burkey Road man was charged with public indecency after employees at Frank Ohl Intermediate School reported he was masturbating in his backyard.
Employees called police shortly before noon Friday, reporting that a man was sitting in his yard, facing the school playground and fondling himself.
John R. Slipski Sr., 61, told police he was only watching the children. He denied any indecent behavior and was issued a summons for public indecency.

It's not said if he was exposed or how he was mishandling himself. Which it appears that law enforcement wasn't so confident with the charge they waged.
However, now no matter what the guy needs to be watched like a hawk and pounced on like a puma if he dares approach any child.
Run him out. charge him make it stick and get him on SORN so he has to move and register.
He should have turned the other cheek..
