EDITOR:
The ignorance of Republicans is just appalling. When George Bush was in office, I am quite sure a few Democrats wanted to call him a bald face liar. It is a disgrace against the office of the presidency. Only an ignoramus from South Carolina would do such a thing.
I also believe this has to do with the fact that Obama is black; again, it is racist.
The congressmen knew what he was doing and waited until the most opportune time to do so. I think he should have been censured at the least. Let’s put a trap on his mouth.

When Bush was in office many a democratic congressman did call him a liar.
Stop playing the race card. It is getting old. We who oppose Obama are not doing so because he is black. I guess if Hillary had won, and we opposed her, we would be called sexist. We oppose the take over of our liberties by our government and the intervention on the free market. Something that was started by Bush.
Like Jimmy Carter, Obama is a disgrace to the presidency.
Jimmy Carter has become the Brett Farve of politics. He needs to learn to shut up and stay out of the limelight, his career is over.
I guess since I criticized Jimmy Carter, by the author's standard of racism, I'm a self hating racist.

To imply Representative Wilson's comment was racist truly shows your ignorance. When all else fails pull out the race card. Fantastic attempt to divert the debate on the health care reform.
I will agree Joe Wilson's comment was rude and he has apologized. By the way, President Obama has acknowledged the apology, so why not move on?
Lance's homework assignment for this weekend is a simple task and it involves racism. Please do some research and let me know which member of the US Senate is a member of the KKK? I will provide two clues to save you some time. He is the oldest member of the Senate and resides in the state directly south of Ohio. So before you start accusing Republicans of being ignorant, maybe you should do some house cleaning on your side of the aisle Lancer!!

Want to call me a racist? I don't care. Even if I'm not,I'll say yeah,what of it? What are they going to do or say next? The libs are always putting the cons on defense and the cons spend the rest of their time acting like they did something wrong. I say no more,agree with them,then turn the tables.
The write of this letter needs some help pulling his head from some place. Rep. Wilson told the truth and the truth hurts. This is so far from being a racial issue but it is the first line of a liberal and the attack methods they use.

Attack the person, the persons family
Accuse them of being racially motivated
Then blame Bush

Why call Mr Obama "black"?. He is only 1/16 black . He is 1/2 white & 7/16 Arabic . He was raised by a white mother & grandmother , so , arguably , culturally he is white .
Both Major parties are polluted with trash. Why trash? Candidates want to win and have the money. In the order to win you’ve go to run on either the R&D ticket. Voters have single lane tunnel vision.
