AUSTINTOWN — A pre-trial hearing is set for 1 p.m. Oct. 19 for a man accused of stealing computers from customers who expected them to be fixed.
Robert R. Santos, 30, of Boardman, was arraigned in Mahoning County court Wednesday on 10 counts of felony theft.
Austintown Township police arrested Santos in connection with a string of alleged computer thefts at his business, Bits, Bytes & Pieces, 5620 Mahoning Ave.
Several customers complained to police that they took computers to the business for repair only to never see them again or have them returned with missing components, according to reports.
Police searched the business and Santos’ home but did not find the missing computers, Detective Sgt. Kathy Dina said.

I have not seen many "F's" at the Better Business Bureau, but they got one!!
The Geek Squad from Best Buy does excellent work with no rip offs .
They didn't for us. at elast eery time we go to the bes buy in Boardman that is. They don't seem to help you there too much. Heck we want in there and it took 20 mintues for someone to ask if we need iany help. They were all jsut standing aorund doing nothing. As for Bits.bytes and pices thank god they are going to close. That place was a joke. They were a bunch of petty thieves there.
That guy is a real piece of work. I started to do business with him about ten years ago, but he was such a crook I cut ties. Have fun in prison Rob.
