CAMPBELL — A man was injured when he fell over an embankment while running from police, a police report says.
Gerald A. Ferguson, 39, of Oakview Avenue in Struthers ran during a traffic stop 10 p.m. Wednesday at Robinson Road and Chambers Street, the report said.
An officer had stopped him for a stop-sign violation, the report said.
Ferguson fell at Robinson and Blackburn, according to the report.
He was taken to the station, then transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center after complaining of pain in his ribs.
Ferguson faces charges of driving under suspension, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and the stop sign violation.
He was released on a bond of $5,550 and was set for arraignment this morning in municipal court.

The hospital stay, the fines and the bond will be pricey . One wonders at what point in their lives that they choose the path of self destruction .
UMMM NO ITS CALLED TAXPAYERS!!
Don't worry, somehow he'll sue because of his injuries and win money in the suit because our judges are retarded and he'll take the money and smoke a bunch of crack, which would hopefully kill him, but it won't and the next thing you know he's running from the cops again! Vicious cycle of a scumbag!!
