Help for dealing with family agencies offered

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — Parents who are looking for help dealing with Children and Youth Services and other family-related agencies have the opportunity to receive it.

Heads Held High Inc. will be in New Castle from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 7. Registration is required, but the service is free. Call if you need a ride.

All are welcome to attend for helpful hints, guidelines and to voice your opinions.
