MEADVILLE, Pa. (AP) — A northwestern Pennsylvania man serving prison time for setting fire to a historic covered bridge has been sentenced to more time for several burglaries.
Twenty-four-year-old Jeffrey Gleason, of Conneautville, was sentenced to 1 1/2 to eight years in prison on Wednesday in Crawford County Common Pleas Court. He’s already serving five to 10 years for the bridge arson.
Police say he burglarized the Conneautville municipal building, a Conneautville apartment and two borough businesses last November.
He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and $6,411 restitution.

The burglary spree happened a few weeks after state police accused Gleason and Bell of deliberately setting fire to the Gudgeonville Bridge in Girard Township.
The sentence Gleason received in Crawford County on Wednesday will be added onto the five- to 10-year sentence that Gleason received in the arson, Vardaro said.
