What is it with honest, do-gooder citizens being randomly targeted? Crime.. Boy, I don't know.
I don't know, I bet there is more to this than what meets the eye. First, nothing good happens after midnight, especially if you are on that side of town.
Second, if you are going to fire 10 rounds at someone, chances are there is a reason for shooting.
I used to work for a doctor and this is the kind of thing we would hear. "Oh, I was just sitting there on the corner innocently and someone came up and broke my jaw for no reason". Believe me, there is a reason.
Do accidents happen? Sure, but let's look at the facts we know for certain. Three people sitting in a car at an intersection on the East Side of town were fired at 10 times by someone who suddenly pulled up out of nowhere. Coincidence? Maybe, but highly doubtful.
Crack rocks the East Side ! This was just a natural outburst of expression by the culture . No charges will be brought against the victim since he didn't return fire . The corner grocery in the area will be investigated to see if they may have been the cause for this incident .
