LOWELLVILLE — Police are warning residents to lock their cars and report anything suspicious after four recent car break-ins.

An unlocked car in Youngstown vanishes . So, the Lowellville thieves just break in and take nothing of value ? Better hope that the Youngstown thieves don't offer training seminars .
