Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Youngstown Diocese, open. Sharon, New Castle, closed.

Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State Trumbull Campus, open.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: No service.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, open. Warren-Trumbull, Hubbard Public Library, Newton Falls Public Library, closed.

Stock market: Open.

Banks: Chase Bank; Huntington Bank; US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area; open.

Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles; Key Bank, National City of Ohio, National City of Pennsylvania, closed.

First Place Bank, Warren; closed (call your branch to see if it is open).

Home Savings & Loan, main is closed; all other branches are open.
