Missing New Waterford teen sought

NEW WATERFORD — New Waterford police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old who is believed to have run away from home Wednesday.

Sebastian Bragg, 14, is believed to be in the company of a 22-year-old male, Andrew Taormina, who has lived in New Waterford, Alliance and North Carolina, said Police Chief Dan Haueter. Though there is every indication that Sebastian left home willingly, Haueter said police are concerned for his safety and are trying to locate him.
