LOCAL TOPICS ON TV Sunday program

“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ Channel 21; rebroadcast at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday on the Time Warner Cable community access channel): Representatives Neil Durbin and Sharon Seaton from Dominion East Ohio will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the upcoming winter heating season and its impact on customers.

Next, Eugene Norris, Housewarming Program manager with the Cleveland Housing Network, will discuss income guidelines and various services for customers, deadlines and the application process.
