YMHA to replace windows at Rockford Village on East Side

YOUNGSTOWN — The board of trustees of the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority has awarded a $483,500 contract for window replacement at its Rockford Village apartment complex.

Schalmo Builders Inc. of Canal Fulton was the lowest of eight bidders for the work, which will consist of replacement of all windows with security screens to keep burglars out of the apartments on the city's East Side.
