4-H canine club meets Saturday

STRUTHERS — Steel Valley K-9’s, a dog-related 4H group, is having its first meeting of the year Saturday at Becker Family Center, at the corner of Spring Street and Poland Avenue.

Steel Valley K-9’s 4H group accepts members from 5 to 8 years old into its Cloverbud program. Any member who is at least 8 years old and in third grade can join the 4H program, which teaches dogs basic obedience, agility and rally obedience.
