Rein in the goofballs

EDITOR:

I can’t believe that the Republican Party is letting right wing goofballs like Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Karl Rove and Sarah Palin speak for their cause, whatever that may be. This group and others are hardly conservatives. They want to continue to transfer power and wealth from the great majority of people to those who already have too much and who have brought on the greatest economic crisis in 80 years.

There kind of right wing conservative thinking has brought us 30 years of declining wages, 15 percent to 18 percent unemployment, 50 million Americans without health care, CEOs making 400 times that of the average worker, increasing poverty, a shrinking middle class, a failing standard of living, a government that lied to us and took us into an unnecessary and disastrous war ... I could go on and on.

Whenever these nut cases come on, grab the remote, pop in a DVD, preferably one of Michael Moore’s, and enjoy.

Mr. McKelvey.....I'm going to have to disagree with you. Although the people you mentioned are indeed goofballs they do not speak for the Republican Party. Those goofballs and the Republican Party speak for Rupert Murdoch the true leader of the neo-cons/teabaggers/birthers/nutjobs and their agenda.

Another excellent letter from Mr McKelvey,as you notice from Pro-Conservatericans comments,he never directly addresses the actual topic of the letter, that the goofballs are in charge of the GOP now, which of course they are.Can this be because Pro is a member of the goofball caucus or just that he refuses to handle the truth? Maybe a bit of both.lol With Palin beginning her 2012 campaign already with her "book tour",the goofballs will making news daily for 3 yrs.Of course this is great news for the 80% of America that doesn`t follow the cuckoo caucus. It`s not only entertaining but reveals how far off the chart that the idols of Pro-Conservaterican really are.Maybe the GOP should revise the meaning of the "G" in GOP to Goofball instead of grand because there isn`t anything grand about a party that admires Palin or Bachmann.Long Live the Goofball Old Party ..........LOL
