Military exercise taking place Sunday morning at Vienna Air Reserve Station

VIENNA — The 910th Airlift Wing’s Security Forces Squadron will be conducting a routine exercise from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday that will involve small arms weapons firing blank ammunition, ground burst simulators (explosion sounds) and smoke grenades being used as part of the training.

The public should not be alarmed if they hear these sounds coming from the air station.
