Out with the old in with the new...sort of. Gallitto talked of how the township spending has gone down roughly 3 million since she took over. If the inheritance money was still available it would have been status quo. Unfortunately Costello is a rubber stamper and Calhoun will back the unions. Mark my words, if these vote results remain the same, next year will be just as bleak.
