Breakfast at the Lake

CORTLAND — Lake Vista Retirement Community, 303 N. Mecca St., will host its Breakfast at the Lake at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the clubhouse.
Bill Zavarello of the American Heart Association will discuss the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and a stroke and explain how diet and exercise affect them.
To join in for coffee, a free continental breakfast, lively conversation and the informative program, call (330) 638-2420, ext 1029, by Monday.
