YOUNGSTOWN — Work is expected to begin by next summer on $9.3 million worth of Mahoning and Trumbull county transportation projects funded with federal stimulus money.

As the metropolitan planning organization for the two counties, Eastgate is administering the federal stimulus money for transportation projects.
