A little high for Youngstown!!!!
High for Youngstown?!?! That's high for most places in Ohio. I'm all for anything that improves this city, but I think the people who can afford this kind of monthly payment are looking for something a little more Poland-ish. Why not create trendy and affordable apartments for the people who spend the most time in the downtown area... YSU students?
"Why not create trendy and affordable apartments for the people who spend the most time in the downtown area... crackheads."

They can look out their windows at the beautiful skyline of New York........oh wait......this is Youngstown.
$2300 rent in downtown Youngstown????
Aside from the politicians who count on US to pay their salaries, who else can afford to live down there?
Actually scrooge, you might be on to something--I remember way back when the plan was announced Mayor Williams said he would like to live there and if the building did fill up with politicos that might not be such a bad thing...
