McCann 61st is celebrated at family dinner

WINTER PARK, Fla. — Mr. and Mrs. Walter McCann of Winter Park, formerly of Struthers, celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on April 10 during a family dinner at the Stonewood Restaurant .

Hosts for the event were their children and their spouses, Kathleen McCollum of Virginia, Maureen and Joseph McCarthy of Georgia, and Thomas and Donna McCann of Florida. The couple have a grandchild, Kelly McCann Hartzell, and one great-grandchild.

The former Kathryn Stacey and Mr. McCann were married on April 10, 1948, at Immaculate Conception Church in Astoria, N.Y.

Mr. McCann retired as a major in the U.S. Air Force.
