Rotary announces scholarship winners

STRUTHERS — Struthers Rotary Club presented scholarship awards to five students from Struthers High School in recognition of their willingness to serve their community through participation in activities and organizations that help others.

Recipients of $500 William Comstock Scholarship awards were: Cassandra Clyde, who will study applied forensic science at Mercyhurst College; Alicia Duponty, who will major in premed at Youngstown State University; Desiree Evanson, who will major in neuroscience at Allegheny College; Kaylee Jackintell, who will study pre-pharmacy at YSU; and Jonathan Rhoads, who will study accounting and business administration at Westminster College.
