Benefit for burn survivor

WARREN — An aluminum can recycle drive has been planned from 8:30 a.m. to noon July 11 as a benefit for Douglas Coward, a Newton Falls burn survivor. The event will be at the back parking lot of Sorrento’s Restaurant, 2488 Parkman Road NW.

Cat food cans are to be placed in a separate bag. Pop tabs removed from cans will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation. There will be a raffle for an Easy-Pull Aluminum Can Recycling System., which crushes, dispenses and stores cans with no mess.
