YOUNGSTOWN — A former casual mail handler at the Youngstown Processing and Distribution Center of the U.S. Postal Service has pleaded guilty to a charge of delay or obstruction of the U.S. mail.
Marla Randolph, 39, of Niles, had been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges that she stole gift cards or cash from mail that she was handling on five occasions between September and December 2008.
Randolph entered her plea earlier today in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She could face a fine and up to six months imprisonment.

man, lucky enough to have a job and she screwed it all up. remember, integrity is what you do when no one is looking.
She felt that she was owed more than just her paycheck.
So that's where those cards went from my grandma! She used to put 5 bucks in them and I haven't seen that in a while. I figure Marla Randolph owes me 25 bucks. Oh wait; I stopped getting those cards when my grandma died. Oh well I'll take my 25 bucks anyways!!
Delay or obstruction my butt. How about plain theft? I would bet that those people never received their cards or money so that means there was no delay or obstruction, just plain thievery. They should do like other countries and start lopping off body parts and maybe these scumbags will learn a lesson.
