The woman’s flat-screen television was recovered.

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are looking for the man who burglarized an elderly woman’s home while she slept in an upstairs bedroom.

The 94-year-old East Boston Avenue woman told police she was in bed just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday when she heard what appeared to be thunder. Shortly after hearing the loud noise, the woman heard someone running up and down the stairway in her home.

The woman told police she pretended to be sleep after hearing the intruder running through the house. She told police she looked up long enough to see a male with “fuzzy” hair run past her bedroom door.

The woman checked her home with police present a short time after the intruder left and realized her large, flat-screen television was missing as well as a 1999 Ford that was parked in the garage.

Police determined that the man gained entry to the home by throwing a large brick through a front window.

According to police reports, officers spotted the car shortly after the break-in on East Lucius heading toward South Avenue. Police tried to pull the car over, but the driver jumped out of the car and ran.

Police found the woman’s television inside the car along with clothes, two little-league football trophies and a cell phone.

The television was returned to the woman. Police used a police dog to search for the man but could not find the burglar.

This "fuzzy hair" "man" is a bonifide LOSER. We don't need scum like this in our cities. Youngstown would be so much better off if these fuzzy haired cancers would cease to exist.

My sympathy to the elderly lady who had to put up with BS like this at this point in her life. Too bad there could not be any real MEN around East Boston Avenue to protect and look after our Youngstown seniors and all normal, honest Youngstown citizens.

Hey "fuzzy hair" loser. Come over to my house and try and steal my flat screen TV. You would see my .357 Magnum extended barrel. Your remains will be shoveled away and discarded into a trash bag, where you belong. Punk a$$ coward, has to scare seniors and steal TVs what a man! Proud of yourself, loser?

Unfortunately, this is the Norm on the SouthSide of Youngstown. Mayor Williams needs to start putting more officer's on the street. I know YPD is short staffed, but these Looser's need to be Caught. Hopefully when they do, the Prosecutors Office does their job right & puts them in Prison where they Belong.

Well, at least the home invader didn't get killed . The woman played by the rules and there is still a chance that she could contribute to him again . Since he lost his earnings the hard working thief will now be bitter toward the police .

PLAY BY THE RULES !

How low do you have to be, in order to take pride in stealing a TV from an elderly lady?

Bejesus, that fuzzy haired punk is a LOSER!

The culture doesn't view it as low. This is merely taking advantage of opportunity. Available cash is spent on crack and worldly goods are appropriated.

VIVA LA CULTURE !
