Parents announce Wozniak-Francis engagement

HUBBARD — Richard F. and Paula Wozniak and Victor and Joyce Francis, all of Hubbard, are announcing the engagement of their children, Jennifer Wozniak and Joseph Francis, both also of Hubbard.

Miss Wozniak is a service coordinator with Trumbull County Health Department Help Me Grow in Warren. She graduated with an associate degree in prekindergarten from Youngstown State University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer studies.

Mr. Francis earned a degree in marketing management from YSU and a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix. He is employed in raw material purchasing with Wheatland Tube Co., Sharon, Pa.

The couple will be united in marriage during an open ceremony they have planned for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at St. Patrick Church. Their evening reception will be by invitation at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland.
