Juanita Pasley replaces Counts as UMCC director

YOUNGSTOWN — Juanita Pasley is the new executive director for United Methodist Community Center effective July 16.

Pasley replaces Millicent S. Counts, who is retiring.

Pasley, who served as community center assistant director, came to the agency in 1982. During this time, she developed many innovative programs that touched the lives of families, and which have been implemented throughout the state, according to a UMCC press release.
