“Community Connections” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ-TV 21): The Ohio Association of Beauticians will hold itsr 71st annual convention in Youngstown July 11-14 at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. B.J. Tate and Rosalyn Moore, licensed cosmetologists, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to promote the event and encourage community input. Next, managing cosmetologist, Tangela Mitchell of International Hair, will talk with Madonna about new hair options.

Lori Factor of Youngstown State University’s Summer Festival of the Arts will discuss the event, which is July 11-12 on the YSU campus.

Also, Tricia Perry will talk about the Rich Center for Autism fundraiser “Give Autism the Boot.”
