YOUNGSTOWN — A gunman wearing a black hoodie robbed the Mahoning Wine Shop after ordering the clerk to open the register and then telling her to lay on the floor, police said. The suspect entered the store at 1681 Mahoning Ave. on the West Side around 7 p.m. Tuesday, bought a snack and left. He came back in a few minutes later and showed the gun, police said. The robber grabbed cash from the register then fled in an unknown direction.

Life as usual in Youngstown. He would have stolen some wine but what he really needed was some crack cocaine which only money can buy.Crack dealers are hard to steal from. It looks like the culture of Youngstown thrives under Jays term.
How sad this is, I grew up in that neighborhood. Now I won't even drive my car during the daylight down that part of mahoning avenue. I can't wait until this element comes to my neighborhood. God help us all. Maybe we should lay off more police and fireman.
I am sure that he had the best of intentions. The clerk said he was really a nice criminal and used good manners.
If you won't even go down Mahoning Avenue during the daylight... then you should really consider moving out of this area. That's probably as safe as the actual city of Youngstown gets.
