I've been a Vindy Sunday only customer since early December 2008. I've already not received my paper twice and have had to call customer service and billing three times to staighten out one billing error and the non-delivered papers! Whatever happened to the dependable teenage paperboy? All I see now are middle aged men whipping my paper onto my porch from their car! My girlfriend had a paper delivery guy who was robbing houses in her neighborhood last year...geez!!!
The culture of Youngstown has corrupted many paperboys. The Vindy is doing the best they can to get the papers delivered.

same for su we are stil lwaitng for our sunday papaer. Not a reall suprise sicne we rarely get it on sunday. And we have to pay for it anyways?
well most people did not get their parer. it's not the fact that some did not get their paper or they got it late. it's that why should you be paying for something you do not get?

well ours ends up in the strert when we do get it not on our doorstep.
Its not a "NEWS" paper, its a "HISTORY" paper! By the time you get home from work....its history. It has been this way every since the went to one edition. If something happens after 10:00pm the night before, its too late to make it in the paper you receive the next day.
If a technical is today's excuse, what about the last few days?
Mine was late the last two days and I didn't even get one on Friday.
