Traficanti, Gallitto to be honored at Italian event

BOARDMAN — Anthony Traficanti and Robyn Gallitto will be honored at Tony Trolio’s Ciao Promotions’ 13th annual Spring Italian Dinner and Show on March 6 at The Georgetown.
Traficanti, of Poland, is in his second term as a Mahoning County commissioner.
The 1984 graduate of Poland Seminary High School has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Youngstown State University.
He is a businessman who also serves as regional director for the 17th Congressional District Office.
Gallitto, a lifelong Boardman resident, is trustee for the township. She has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio and a juris doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus.
She is a practicing attorney with an office in Boardman. Gallitto is involved in several community organizations, including Boardman Rotary Club, Junior League of Youngstown and the Potential Development Program Inc., an agency that serves children with autism and developmental delays.
Entertainment at the event will be provided by singer Jimmy Alleva and comedian Marcantonio, both of New York.
Master of ceremonies will be Joe Naples.
Tickets for the event have been reduced this year to $35 (plus tax). Senior citizen and group discounts are available.
