POLAND — New Life Church provided the setting at 3 p.m. Oct. 2 as marriage vows were exchanged by Susan Somich, daughter of Rita and Tom Somich of Springfield Road, and Kenneth Sanner, son of LaVonne and Ken Sanner of Markleton School Road, Markleton, Pa.
The Revs. Jeff Seeger and Jim Barton officiated, and a reception followed at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas and live in Akron.
An ivory silk gown designed with a beaded off-the-shoulder neckline was worn by the bride. It featured a rouched bodice and chapel train.
Amy Knowles was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Jennifer Stanton, Laura Grossman, Jennifer Glista, Mindy Stawn and Leah Grossman. They wore wine-colored gowns. Copper gowns were worn by the junior bridesmaids, Emma Stanton and Hannah and Moriah Grossman. Flower girls were Lizzie Knowles and Talia Grossman.
Best man was Doug Drake, and groomsmen were Tony Seacrest, Adam Grossman, Ron Glista and Jason Stanton. Ring bearer was Aaron Glista.
Mrs. Sanner is a student at Youngstown State University.
Her husband graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in conservation social science. He is employed as manager of Subaru Park Auto in Akron.
