YOUNGSTOWN — A six-man, six-woman jury deliberated only 30 minutes today before finding Robert Armstrong guilty of trying to kill Eric Weaver, who was shot nine times at his Campbell residence on June 23.
Armstrong, 26, of North Hazelwood Avenue, faces six to 13 years in prison when he is sentenced at 9 a.m. Thursday by Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, who presided over the two-day trial.
Weaver, who sat in the back of the courtroom, declined to comment after the jury rendered its guilty verdict against his assailant on an attempted murder charge with a firearm specification.

Go for the max Judge Krichbaum and don't forget the consecutive gun specification .
Give him your phone number Stan. The judge may need you to explain it to him in more detail.
Good job Campbell PD, as usual, for another thug doing time.
Yeah...yeah...yeah...I will get blasted but, Campbell, and other smaller area departments, are still working hard to do their part.
Now I wish someone could stop these area burglaries!
The sad part is he will be out of prison before age 40 and doing it again.
