YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified a man found dead over the weekend, but they are still looking for the person or people involved in the killing.
Police identified the man as James Cummings, 29, of East Boston Avenue. His body was discovered lying face down in a field in the area of Tod Lane and Kensington Avenue on the North Side just before 8:30 a.m. Sunday by a man walking his dog.
Reports say Cummings had been shot in the back of the head and someone attempted to set his body on fire with some type of flammable liquid.

it's just a proven fact that goverment handouts don't work. They just keep people poor and lazy and they are raised with the idea that someone else will pay for everything for them
Its a proven fact that people that bring social programs up in a story that makes no reference to any such program have a brain worm.

I am sure it was a honest mistake but you forgot to post the link where we could find the data to back up your statement. I am sure you will post it now......
If he was 29, and was covicted of Involuntary Manslaughter in 1997 ( then at the age of 17), and he was in prison for various charges that ran consecutively, he must of just got out of prison recently, or was still on probation.
