“Who Wants to be a Millionaire” (8 p.m., ABC): Phone a friend! Regis Philbin and the addictive quiz show are back for a limited summer run to celebrate its 10th anniversary. “Millionaire,” you’ll recall, was a smash hit before being sucked dry by greedy programmers and drifting off into syndication. But it garnered a new blast of buzz with the recent success of Oscar-winning film “Slumdog Millionaire.” And now we’re again stoked to see Reege dishing out tricky questions to contestants looking to get rich quick.
“Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew” (9 p.m., MTV): Haven’t had your fill of TV dancing? Then welcome the return of “Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew” as nine new squads arrive on the scene to bust a move in the 90-minute opener.
“There Goes the Neighborhood” (9 p.m., CBS): If you don’t get along with the people who live next door, you’ll find “There Goes the Neighborhood” to be utterly horrifying. It’s a reality show in which eight families in a suburban neighborhood are walled off from the outside world and forced to compete in a series of elimination challenges.
“Roast of Joan Rivers” (10 p.m., Comedy Central): On the “Roast of Joan Rivers,” things will get so hot for the famous comedian that her fake face might melt. Roasters include Carl Reiner, Lily Tomlin and Brad Garrett.
