• Justin and Natalie (Beall) Andrews, 111 Lakeside Drive, Kingsland, Ga., announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, Reese Lilliann, on July 2 at Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden Campus, in St. Mary’s, Ga. Grandparents of the infant are Melody Noel of Niles, Charles Beall of Kingsland, and Tony and Sherry Andrews of Whiteville, N.C. The great-grandparents are Ronald Noel of Warren and Emma Jane Noel of Hubbard.

• Announced by Michael (Jim) and Eileen Luterzo of Potomac Falls, Va., is the birth of a son, Tristan Michael, July 15 in President’s Hospital at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. Grandparents are Cherie and Jim Luterzo of Frederick, Md., formerly of Austintown, and Terry and Bob Kelly of Norfolk, Va.
