BRACEVILLE — A group of livestock could not be rescued from a barn fire in Trumbull County on Tuesday.
The barn, on state Route 82 in Braceville Township, caught fire around 5:30 a.m., destroying the structure and killing several animals inside including horses, miniature horses, llamas, goats and lambs, officials said.
No other injuries were reported, and the fire did not spread to other structures on the property.
The fire took about five hours to extinguish and the cause is still under investigation, officials said.

My condolences go to the family who has just suffered this tragedy, and to the remark from uneducateddrone, I say this: lives were lost in this fire. It could have been someone, human or animal, that you cared about, in which case, would you want people making jokes about your loss? Think before you speak--or write. Thoughtless words can be extremely damaging.
