SCHIP funds from the fed government match state contributions and are distributed to medical providers, not individuals. New language addresses coverage of legal immigrants. Don't let political rhetoric cloud facts.

Relatively speaking, Ohio is one of the better states in which to provide medical care because reimbursement rates are fairly generous and payment is timely…this is unfortunately the exception to the rule. The playing field is now more level for those that provide care in states with poor reimbursement rates and untimely payment problems.

That said, people that smoke drive up costs for ALL who receive medical care, regardless of who pays the bill...if you dislike the taxes quit smoking and do everyone involved a service.

we have a right to smoke. these insurance companys are the richest people in the world at everyones expence. im tired of seeing how they run everything. what do we get in the end for not getting sick? what do we get in the end if not having a car accident or a ticket? everything that we pay for and dont use is pure profit for them. or should i say extra bribe money for them to get the states to make new laws for their well being.
