SEBRING — Two local Freedom Walks to honor those killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and to support American military men and women, past and present, will be in Sebring and Lake Milton next week.

The walks are being organized by Colton Lockner, son of Robyn and Gary Lockner of Lake Milton. He organized the first Sebring walk three years ago when he was only 9 years old.

The third Sebring walks begins at 6 p.m. Sept. 11 at the B.L. Miller Elementary School. The first Lake Milton walk begins at 6 p.m. Sept. 10 at the corner of Grandview Road and Mahoning Avenue in that community.
