COLD CASE | DNA evidence will have crucial role in trial

YOUNGSTOWN — A man and woman who knew Bennie Adams in 1985 saw him at an ATM machine in Liberty Township, in Gina Tenney’s car, the night the Youngstown State University student was killed.

Tenney died Dec. 29, 1985. Adams was charged with her murder last October after scientists examined DNA found on Tenney.
