Carlos Javier, 37, of East Georgia Avenue, Sebring, possession of a dangerous drug and illegal gun possession.

Melanie D. Paulin, 31, of Gertrude Avenue, Boardman, theft.

Amber L. Jones, also known as Amber Salser, 23, of Island Drive, Poland, aggravated robbery.

James E. Thomas, 47, of Belmont Avenue, theft and passing bad checks.

Matthew P. Stouffer, 22, of North Cross Street, Columbiana, heroin possession.

Raymond Wood, 25, of Youngstown, burglary.

Erika Barwick, 35, of Trumbull Avenue, Girard, drug possession.

Ahmed Foose, 28, of West Princeton Avenue, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Jabrae Perry, 31, of Jacobs Road, domestic violence and intimidation of a victim.

Benjamin L. Perry, 45, of Lakewood Avenue, domestic violence.

Gary C. Bish Jr., 27, of Riley Avenue, Struthers, burglary.

Alfred J. Yozwiak, 59, of Flo Lor Drive, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The grand jury declined to indict James Easton of Griselda Avenue on a charge of failure to comply with a police order.
