Music, dinner planned at Octoberfest at church

CAMPBELL — St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., will be the setting Sunday for an Octoberfest that will begin with a polka Mass at 11:15 a.m. featuring the Eddy Vallus Orchestra.

The Mass will be followed by an a la carte dinner, which will include baked chicken, Amish lamb, stuffed cabbage, barbecue chicken, hoagie steaks, hamburgers, haluski, kielbasa, mashed potatoes, vegetables and homemade desserts. Beer, pop, water and coffee will be available.

There will also be a basket raffle, 50-50 raffle, games, and entertainment for all ages. Pumpkins, cornstalks and crafts will be sold, and there will be a petting zoo, weather permitting.
