Woman pleads innocent in Warren vehicular homicide case

Published:Tuesday, October 7, 2008

WARREN — A former Warren woman has pleaded innocent to aggravated vehicular homicide and other felony charges that accuse her of killing Delano Clark, 47, of Belle Street in Warren in a car-motorcycle traffic accident in July.

Naloni Scrivens, 27, appeared today in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on the charges. Judge Andrew Logan set bond at $100,000. She is scheduled to return to court at 9 a.m. Oct. 15 before Judge W. Wyatt McKay.

Scrivens lived on Jefferson Street Southwest at the time of the accident but was living elsewhere in northeast Ohio at the time of her arrest today by U.S. Marshals. She secretly had been indicted last week by a Trumbull County grand jury.
